To determine the value of real estate is a difficult process. An estimate will have to be made by experts. These experts, however, are costly and not always readily available.

EZZTAX

ZZICT is automating this process by estimating the financial value of real estate based on several parameters and an artificial neural network named EZZTAX.

The EZZTAX artificial neural network is constantly being trained with recent information gathered from the dutch real estate market, and performs with amazing accuracy

Web service

EZZTAX can be used as a web service, where the user enters the available data on the real estate property in a simple form. EZZTAX returns immediately with its estimate.

Wap service

Due to its simplicity in use, EZZTAX was also made available as a wap service.
